Teen Help for Teens

If you are a teen and are seeking help and have no one to talk to here are some suggestions:

If you are suicidal call 1 800 999-9999
If you feel you are being physically abused call your local Child Protective Service
If you don't feel like you can talk to your parents, try talking to your minister, school counselor, or a teacher who may be able to help
There are web sites online but be careful who you communicate with and never make arrangements to meet up with a strange person or give out any personal info about yourself like address, phone number, etc. Many predators will seem interested and get you to confide in them only with plans to take advantage of you
Ideally try to work out a way to communicate with your parents. They know you the best and will usually be your best support system.
